Wheeler’s York Realty is a real estate office owned by Brian & Joyce Wheeler. They have owned the office since 2007, which was formerly known as LJ Hooker York until rebranding in 2018.

Brian is a 6th generation York resident, with his family residing in the York area since 1859. Our new logo features Brian’s Great Grandfather Bob Wheeler on his horse and sulky in around 1910. Bob was the first of Brian’s ancestors to be born in York, way back in 1880 and the logo is a tribute to our heritage and those early pioneers who went before us.

Brian jokes that Joyce had never travelled further East than Mundaring before they met, and since 2006 she has also called York home, along with their kids who are the 7^th generation of Wheeler’s in York.

Brian Wheeler

Brian has been in real estate since finishing Year 12 in 1998, making this year his 21^st year in real estate! Having worked in every aspect of real estate he has extensive knowledge and experience. Brian has a love for old music, and has been known to do an occasional Elvis Presley performance.

Joyce Wheeler

Joyce commenced working in real estate in 2006, and in 2010 became a registered sales representative with a focus on property management. Joyce loves hospitality, so also runs an icecream shop alongside the real estate office, giving visitors to town something else to do that they can enjoy.
